Camping Rules
Terms of stay at Camping 202 „Pod Jabłoniami”. Making a reservation or checking in constitutes acceptance of these rules.
The facility is operated by Camping 202 „Pod Jabłoniami” Hotel „Kantoria” Andrzej Ciszek, ul. Piłsudskiego 28A, 33-100 Tarnów.
§1. General provisions
- These rules set out the terms of use of the grounds and facilities of Camping 202 „Pod Jabłoniami”.
- The facility is operated by Camping 202 „Pod Jabłoniami” Hotel „Kantoria” Andrzej Ciszek, with its registered office at ul. Piłsudskiego 28A, 33-100 Tarnów.
- These rules apply to all Guests staying on the camping grounds.
- Entering the grounds and checking in are equivalent to acceptance of these rules.
§2. Stay period and check-in
- The stay period begins at 2:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day.
- Reception is open around the clock (24/7) — Recepcja całodobowa 24/7.
- At check-in, please present a valid form of identification.
- Please report any wish to extend your stay at reception, subject to availability.
§3. Reservation and payment
- Reservations can be made by phone, e-mail or via the availability form.
- A reservation is considered confirmed once it has been accepted by reception.
- Payment for the stay is made in accordance with the current price list — in cash, by card or by bank transfer.
- The terms of any deposit and the cancellation policy are agreed upon at confirmation.
§4. Quiet hours
- Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- During quiet hours, please keep calm and respect the rest of other Guests.
- Parties and social evenings may be organised only by prior arrangement with the facility.
§5. Vehicles and parking
- Vehicles must be parked in the spaces designated by staff.
- Charges for vehicles (car, van, bus, trailer, camper van) are calculated according to the price list.
- A speed limit and particular caution apply on the grounds — children are present on site.
- The camping site is not liable for vehicles or items left inside them.
§6. Pets
- Pets are welcome on the camping grounds.
- Dogs on the grounds must be kept on a leash and, if necessary, muzzled.
- A charge is applied for a pet's stay in accordance with the price list.
- The owner is required to clean up after their pet and to ensure it does not disturb other Guests.
§7. Fire and grilling
- Lighting fires and using a grill is permitted only in the designated areas.
- A campfire must be arranged with staff; once finished, it must be thoroughly extinguished.
- Leaving an open fire unattended is prohibited.
§8. Safety and liability
- The grounds are fenced and monitored.
- Guests bear financial liability for any damage caused through their own fault or that of their visitors.
- The camping site is not liable for valuables left unattended.
- In emergencies, please contact reception immediately.
§9. Children
- Children on the camping grounds, including on the playground and near the water, must remain under the constant supervision of parents or guardians.
- Guardians are responsible for the safety of their children.
§10. Complaints
- Please report any comments or complaints at reception during your stay — we will do our best to address them promptly.
